Here is how coverage works with an owner-operated company: Tommy Burnes takes the call, drives out, and meets new customers on site, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Distance does not change who shows up, and it does not change the work. A re-roof in Lakeland gets torn off to the deck and rebuilt exactly the way one does two streets from our shop.
