Burnes Roofing Reviews

These are real Burnes Roofing reviews from Google, written by Orlando and Central Florida customers, quoted word for word. We did not polish them, because the whole point of hiring an owner-operated roofer is that the work speaks in other people's voices, not ours.

A pattern worth noticing as you read: the same three things keep coming up. The estimate held. The owner was there. The yard was spotless when the crew left.

The Big Jobs

Full re-roofs

"Tommy replaced 4 roofs for me that previous installers had done incorrectly and caused leaks over the years. I had 5 other companies look at these roofs and the companies that didn't tell me no gave me an outrageous price."

"They were able to start within 2 weeks of signing the paperwork and completed the job in 2 days. Their crew was professional, polite"

"Tommy and his crew pulled permits and started the job when promised. They removed the gutters, old shingles and paper, checked for leaks and rotten wood, replaced the sky light and installed the new paper and shingles in the same day."

"I was on a very tight budget, but Tommy and his team didn't cut a single corner."

"Tommy's crew was punctual, clean, and did a great job from start to finish. His estimate was the best I received compared to other companies. He used quality shingles and craftsmanship."

"So grateful for the wonderful service from Burnes Roofing Company when we were in need of a new roof for insurance renewal. Tommy was responsive and helpful throughout the process."

The Fast Calls

Repairs and leaks

Not every roof needs replacing, and the repair work gets reviewed the same way the big jobs do.

"Thomas Burns Roofer showed up to check on the leak I had in my garage. He showed up free inspection determined what he thought was the problem sealed and caulked a couple of areas and would not take a fee."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Tommy came out same day and took a look at our leak. He patched it up quickly and was very professional. Will definitely use this company again!"

"Tommy gave us a great quote for our On-Ridge Vent install. His crew got it done quickly, without any complications, or trash left behind. Highly recommended for any roofing needs. Great communication."

"Efficient and took care of several issues with the existing roof, and finished a day early on top of that. Good communication. Happy with the result!"

The Business Side

Commercial and flat roofs

Property owners and managers review differently: they grade the follow-up. Our commercial roofing work gets graded well.

"I have used Burnes Roofing for both commercial and residential roofs. Tommy Burnes is honest and responsive. All projects have been delivered as promised. I would highly recommend Burnes Roofing for your next project!!"

"As manager of a commercial property, I know I can always get a quick and complete response from Burnes Roofing. Their follow up and commitment to excellence is superb!! I would not trust anyone else with our roof."

"Tommy and crew just finished up our flat roof and I was very impressed. The roof looks great, they showed attention to detail, competitive pricing and the communication was great."

"Tommy is great hands on awesome to work with very experienced. Smooth permitting process! Highly recommend!"

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had our roof replaced and decided to work with Burnes Roofing Company, LLC in Orlando after speaking with their team during an initial inspection. The process started with a careful assessment of the condition of the existing roof where they explained what areas had deteriorated and why a replacement would be the most reliable long-term solution. Before beginning the installation they outlined the steps involved, including removing the old materials, preparing the roof deck, and installing the new roofing system. Once the work started the crew followed a very organized process and moved steadily through each phase of the project. What impressed us most was the attention to detail when installing the shingles and sealing around the vents and edges. By the time the project was completed the new roof looked excellent and gave us much more confidence in the durability of our home.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Burnes Roofing did my roof last month—clean, fast, no drama. Tommy’s crew showed up on time, used GAF Peel and Stick underlayment and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. They finished in three days, left everything spotless.
Straight-up quote, no extras pushed.

Got a five-year workmanship warranty plus the GAF Systems Plus warranty. Solid work, solid coverage.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For having to deal with getting a new roof, I truly had a great experience. Even with the multitude of questions I seemed to continuously have, Tom remained patient and used extreme professionalism. I never felt like I was a bother. He answered my questions and concerns with detailed information and was always quick with a response. During the reroof process I was provided pictures and video. The crew was as pleasant as could be. Respectful. They treated my property with care and after their cleanup, you would have never known that anyone was even here. I highly recommend this company.
